Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating IT systems operations to meet business needs. You’ll act as the primary liaison between users and technical teams, identifying, documenting, reporting, and tracking system issues while translating business needs into formal technical requirements. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and excel in technical problem-solving and system improvements, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate IT systems operations to determine user requirements and recommend improvements

• Serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development teams

• Identify, document, and track system issues, ensuring timely resolution

• Support the process of translating business requirements into clear, formal technical requirements and deliverables

• Develop technical documentation to support system designs and workflows

• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies throughout the SDLC to deliver optimal solutions

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: BS in Computer Science or related field

• Experience: 15+ years in IT systems analysis and business systems analysis

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, SQL Lite, MySQL, POSTMAN, and APIs

• Expertise in microservices architecture, system design, and software architecture

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and InfoSec concepts

• Project Management: Skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

• Personal Skills: Self-starter and team player, capable of working independently and in collaborative settings
