About The Role:

We are looking for a Financial Systems Managerfor CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions, an exciting and growing environment. This contributor will provide oversight and management of the Financial Systems department, who develop and support software used by Client Accounting Services and Real Estate Management teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, analyze, and recommend enhancements, additions, and changes on technical, software and process-related projects nationally.

  • Lead and support the development, tracking, and implementation of Financial Systems process efficiency and technology projects nationally and globally.

  • Coordinate and ensure all national projects and process improvements are in compliance with acceptable accounting practices and applicable internal and external policies and regulations.

  • Monitor benchmarking and metrics to control labor costs for projects.

  • Advise leadership team on resource constraints and impact on the timelines of strategic projects.

  • Coordinate team communications, providing project and team updates.

  • Develop strategic plans for development and support initiatives nationally and globally.

  • Approve recommendations for recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, and corrective action.

  • Recommend direct reports to leadership for review and approval.

  • Supervise appropriate staffing levels and report on utilization and deployment of human resources.

  • Lead staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance, and retention.

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive, expert-level practical experience working with Yardi software is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, MIS or related field and 10+ years of experience in financial systems management is required.

  • 5+ years of prior supervisory or management experience is required.

  • Lean Six Sigma Green, Orange or Black Belt certification preferred.

  • Project management training and/or certification preferred.

  • Ability to empower employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

  • Expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.

  • Sophisticated knowledge of computer software, hardware and systems integration.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $135,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
