Ascensus Seismic Enablement Specialist in Trenton, New Jersey

Position Summary

The Marketing Enablement Technology Specialist will serve as our Seismic platform administrator and facilitate leveraging the power of the Seismic platform for our sales and marketing activities. Seismic is a leading sales enablement and content management platform that helps us create, distribute, and track personalized content for our clients and prospects.

As the Seismic platform administrator, you will be responsible for helping to determine strategy and drive implementation and execution of the Seismic platform, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and meets the needs of our users. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand their requirements, provide training and support, and optimize the platform performance and user experience. You will also collaborate with the IT, Legal and security teams to ensure platform compliance and integration with other systems.

Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Seismic platform configuration, administration, and maintenance, including user access, content libraries, workflows, analytics, and reporting.

  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for the Seismic platform, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across the organization.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot the Seismic platform issues, providing technical support and escalation as needed.

  • Analyze and evaluate the Seismic platform usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Provide training and guidance to the Seismic platform users, creating and updating documentation, tutorials, and FAQs.

  • Stay updated on the Seismic platform features and functionality, testing, and deploying new releases and enhancements.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their content needs and objectives, and help them create, distribute, and track personalized content using the Seismic platform.

  • Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure the Seismic platform integration and alignment with other systems and platforms.

  • Ensure that Seismic is compliant with all current legal and accessibility requirements

  • Assist with other marketing technology and operations duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with Seismic or similar sales enablement and content management platforms, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge and skills in the Seismic platform, including configuration, administration, content management, workflows, analytics, and reporting.

  • Experience in providing training and support to the Seismic platform users, creating, and updating documentation, tutorials, and FAQs.

  • Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting the Seismic platform issues, providing technical support and escalation as needed.

  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating the Seismic platform usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Experience in collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand their content needs and objectives, and help them create, distribute, and track personalized content using the Seismic platform.

  • Experience in collaborating with the IT, Legal and security teams to ensure the Seismic platform meets all current legal and accessibility requirements and aligns with other systems and platforms.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
