Sutherland is seeking Work-at-Home Licensed Health Insurance Sales Advisors for a short-term temporary contract. Our Advisors provide sales presentations over the phone to sell Medical/Dental/Vison insurance to existing and prospective customers. This is a temporary contract that focuses on Open Enrollment and will begin September 2 and will end January 31, 2025

In this position, you will:

• Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products.

• Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products (when applicable).

• Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses

• Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/record outcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-up
