Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ESG - Business Communications As a(n) ESG - Business Communications>you will: Job Title: ESG - Business Communications Job Duration: 12 months Job Location: Remote ESG - Business Communications * As a Responsible Business Communications Contractor on the ESG Engagement team within the Responsible Business organization, you will work closely with the ESG Engagement Senior Director on ESG-related communications. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate communications, with experience in both strategy development and operational execution, as well as familiarity with ESG/Sustainability/CSR concepts. Duties and Responsibilities: * Support the ESG Engagement Senior Director with strategic program deliverables. * Develop and manage ESG-related communications plans for keystone events e.g., ESG Report launch, goal announcements etc. * Develop and review ESG-related collateral i.e., marketing and sales materials, press releases, presentations etc. * Represent the ESG Engagement team in a cross-functional communications working group. * Manage ESG-related communications including executive support for LinkedIn posts and external talking points. * Manage timely content updates across Clients website. * Team support for ad-hoc initiatives including general project management support across new and rising team priorities. Required Skills: * Bachelor's Degree in related field e.g., Communications, PR, Marketing, Business * 5+ years' experience in communications at a large organization. * Demonstrated experience with ESG/sustainability/CSR in a professional or educational capacity. * Excellent communicator in written and verbal form. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Experience with social media and posting on LinkedIn. * Expertise in using PowerPoint or Google Slides to create strategic presentation materials in a visually compelling way. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and independently in an environment with frequent changing business needs. * The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in related field e.g., Communications, PR, Marketing, Business * 5+ years' experience in communications at a large organization. * Demonstrated experience with ESG/sustainability/CSR in a professional or educational capacity.
