Overview:

The QC Chemist will operate the radio synthesizers for the production of drug product, as well as operate analytical equipment for the quality control of drug product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform FDG and NaF synthesis and quality control (QC) processes according to SOPs.

• Operate and maintain synthesis and QC equipment, ensuring all are qualified and calibrated.

• Complete applicable cGMP documentation and assist with investigations and corrective actions.

• Manage inventory, including material acceptance and reporting.

• Perform basic computer-controlled cyclotron operations and radiation safety duties.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of experience within a GMP regulated lab.

• Preferred experience with analytical instrumentation like HPLC.

• Technical experience with computer-controlled automation.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
