Coordinate and oversee the schedules of the executive(s), as well as arrange travel plans on their behalf. Produce reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing and software database. Develop meeting agendas and organize various arrangements, including coordinating catering for lunch meetings. When necessary, conduct meetings with individuals, groups, and other parties on behalf of company executives. Coordinate and direct office services, such as record-keeping of documents, budget preparation, financial details, and personnel matters. Draft and send responses to correspondence related to company services. Open, sort, analyze and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. Perform research to find needed information for business operations and prepare reports for consideration by the supervisor.
