Responsible for assessing assigned residents' needs. Develop and monitor the implementation of a Master Treatment Plan, including provisions for aftercare. Provide individual and family therapy and group therapy as assigned. Works in conjunction with the Residential Supervisor of assigned residents to coordinate the case management as outlined in the Therapy Practice Guide
