OandG Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, is seeking aDocument Control Specialistto join our team in Torrington.

This position will report to the General Counsel.

This is a part-time position with an expected 6-8-month timeline to complete the project. Flexible work schedule possible.

This position is responsible for scanning, organizing, filing and indexing both digital and physical legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Use OnBase for document storage and ensure all documents are uploaded, tagged and archived properly
• Scan physical documents to them into digital form and electronically file
• Address issues related to missing, incorrect, or outdated documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control or records management
• Experience using OnBase software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion
