ROLE PURPOSE

To monitor and improve the field quality of Glory Global products, to enhance customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Usage of techniques and methods for the formal definition of a test plan.

§ Report of progress and defect tracking.

§ Execution of formal tests and report results.

§ Evaluation for software design changes of products for any potential impact to the field and do adequacy assessment.

§ Travel to other sites (Countries) as required.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

§ Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

§ Ability to analyse and find root causes of failures detected in the tests (QA management system).

§ Proficient at basic Quality Tools such as DFMEA, problem solving, Fish Bone, DOE, 8D etc.

§ Excel, VBA macro skills to do work efficiently and .NET, Python languages experience preferred.

§ Familiar with software testing methodologies.

§ Experience in software automated testing is preferred.

§ Experience in Design Assurance/System Testing/Quality Assurance.

§ Experience in Agile and Scrum concepts.

§ Experience in JBoss Application Platform and IBM WebSphere Application Server are preferred.

§ High IT skills and knowledge of PC networks, Internet, Linux, Windows, and databases (MSSQL, Oracle preferred).

§ Experience in Cyber Security, Penetration test and Cloud Security are preferred.

§ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills in English.

§ Good presentation skills.

§ Able to work with tight deadlines.
