Overview

THE ROLE:

The Sr. Analyst, Global Real Estate and Workplace Planning plays a crucial role in analyzing and driving strategic decisions and optimizing Herbalife’s global real estate portfolio of over 300+ direct leased or owned properties consisting of 7,000,000 SF of office, retail, industrial and R&D asset classes with cost implications to Herbalife. Your expertise will be vital in forecasting market changes, identifying trends, and providing insights to support Herbalife’s business objectives.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Define, gain approval for, and administer Herbalife Nutrition’s Global Real Estate policies.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis of global RE trends and market changes to inform strategic decisions

• Review and analyze lease agreements, financial statements, and other RE documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Continuously monitor and evaluate RE process and systems to identify areas for improvement & implement solutions

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

• Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the lease database with our 3rd party vendor.

• Review and analyze the global Real Estate portfolio and provide recommendations to optimize wherever possible.

• Assist in developing the 3-5-year Strategic Real Estate plans.

• Review all fee share/rebate scenarios within area of oversight and ensure Herbalife Nutrition is correctly reimbursed under their terms.

• Work with stakeholders on Real Estate project strategies, budget, resource requirements and timelines.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: This position will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for the strategic direction of Herbalife’s Global Real Estate portfolio. Opportunity for individuals to work with cross-functional global teams on various types of transactions.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 3-5 years of experience in any combination of the following fields: Project Management, Finance, Operations, Business Development, Sourcing, Paralegal

• 3-5 years of experience in financial modeling and financial model presentation is preferred.

• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal are essential

• Self-starter with strong personal and time management skills

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and transactions at the same time

• Strong orientation to detail, analytical and organization skills

Education

• Bachelor degree in related fields to business, real estate, economics, finance, sciences, public policy
