Overview

THE ROLE:

Responsible for overseeing and executing the renovation strategies for Herbalife's existing product portfolio.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Implement global renovation strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on product improvement, repackaging, reformulation, and relaunch plans.

• Lead cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory to ensure seamless execution of renovation projects from concept to market launch.

• Leverage market research and consumer insights to identify renovation opportunities that align with consumer trends and enhance product market fit.

• Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all renovated products meet current health and safety standards, legal requirements, and quality specifications.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

You will be part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team. We are a team that develops the Global Product Strategy, leads the Global New Product Development Process and oversees the Global Product pipeline. We lead all global product renovation and support the regions with their strategies and new product initiatives. As a global team, we collaborate with regions, cross-functional teams and executives and are the Center of Excellence for Product.

Qualifications

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 7 years of brand management and product marketing experience preferably in a traditional Consumer Packaged Goods company

• Experience or interest in nutritional products

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A keen understanding of global market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.

• Creativity in approaching renovation projects, with a focus on enhancing consumer experience and product value.

• Ability to develop strong marketing materials to support global renovation launches

• Familiarity with global regulatory environments and the ability to navigate product compliance challenges.

• Must have demonstrated successes in new product development, with a thorough understanding of taking a product from concept to launch

• Strong team collaboration skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Attention to detail

• Timely responsiveness

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • MBA preferred
