Job Title: Dealer Applications Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Applications Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with call center experience, particularly with installing software applications in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, experienced in computer Wi-Fi networking management and have some experience in automotive diagnostic scan tools. The selected candidate will work in a collaborative environment with a range of various tasks to support our franchised dealerships.

Hard Skills

  • Installing software applications in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems

  • Computer Wi-Fi networking management

  • Automotive diagnostic scan tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with team members

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Torrance, California.
