Robert Half Client Specialist in Torrance, California

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Client Specialist in the automotive industry, based in Marysville, Ohio. This role involves significant interaction with customers, managing their accounts, and resolving inquiries. The workplace will be a hybrid environment, combining both onsite and remote work. This position is a long-term contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and document processes and requirements to support business functions associated with Digital Services application systems.

• Collaborate with various organizations and business partners to align solution strategies and processes.

• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.

• Assist in redesigning and documenting business processes as necessary for new technology and features.

• Diagnose and resolve basic customer and/or dealer support issues related to Digital Services.

• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings to senior management.

• Monitor efforts to address product issues and track progress.

• Identify areas for improvement to enhance product efficiency.

• Conduct market research on similar products and compare results.

• Continually oversee and manage process improvements, looking for and identifying incremental improvements in operational efficiency. Requirements • Must have prior experience in the automotive industry

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication

• Demonstrated skills in Management and Sales

• Must be able to handle Documentation tasks effectively

• Experience in Marketing strategies and execution

• Experience in Training staff members

• Knowledge of Procedures and Budget Processes in the automotive industry

• Experience in Quality assurance and Quality Control

• Familiar with Workstation Support and Digital platforms

• Must be willing to Travel as per business needs

• Knowledge of various Methods used in the industry

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is a plus

• Experience in Consumer Electronics would be beneficial

• Ability to manage relationships with Suppliers

• Experience in Process Improvement techniques

• Knowledge of Web App development and Computer Sciences

• Experience in a Call Center environment would be beneficial

• Knowledge of R Code programming language would be advantageous
