Our client, a Big 5 Bank, is currently looking to hire wealth management associates to join their team! Candidates can be located in Toronto, Ottawa, Or Montreal for this position.

Location: Onsite Fully for the 1st Month of training (moving to 2 days in office) after training period.

Contract Duration: 6 months to start - high possibility of extension OR conversion to permanent.

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $22 - $24/hr

Expected Start Date: Oct 21, 2024

Typical Day in the Role:

• Resolving client telephone and email inquiries timely and effectively

• Using discretion and problem solving skills to satisfy the requirements of the customer’s request

• Contributing to ideal center functionality by adhering to goals, policies, and procedures

• Utilizing key mind for sales to recognize and initiate opportunities for cross-selling and referrals

• Facilitating a culture of communication, participation, and collaboration by being an actively positive member of your team

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Financial industry experience (account status, transfers, RRSPs, -- general understanding of investment options)

• 2-4 years Experience in a Customer Service capacity particularly in a Banking Contact Center environment

OPEN TO:

• New graduate within finance education - CSE course is a nice to have

• branch / teller experience

NICE TO HAVE:

CSC certification
