Are you ready to drive excellence in pharmaceutical operations? Sanofi is seeking an experienced Technical Group Leader for our Media, Washing and Sterilizing (MWS) team in cP. In this role, you'll guide critical support operations that ensure production quality and compliance. Major Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily work of technical staff in Media, Washing and Sterilization; facilitate meetings and report to management; ensure timely completion of production support activities.

  • Review and verify documentation for GMP compliance; file quality notifications and lead investigations; ensure equipment maintenance, validation and certification.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Upstream/Downstream) and support functions (Maintenance, QO test labs) to align priorities and ensure seamless operations.

  • Drive HSE culture; ensure proper PPE usage, ergonomic operations, and chemical storage compliance; complete routine safety inspections.

  • Provide guidance on formulation calculations, cleaning standards, utility sampling, and environmental monitoring; troubleshoot process issues.

  • Oversee SAP activities, capacity planning, and process orders; ensure accurate and timely data entry across systems (LIMs, Shop Floor Data).

  • Coordinate process improvement projects; analyze production data for trends; initiate and manage change controls and CAPAs; maintain GMP standards through 5S principles.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Bioengineering with 4 years relevant experience; or master's degree in above fields with 3 years' experience.

  • Sound understanding of microbiology, protein purification, aseptic techniques, chemistry, and cGMP/cGLP regulations.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, technical writing, leadership, and time management abilities.

  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, and specialized software (Visio, AutoCAD, JMP) for data analysis and documentation.

  • Ability to guide technical staff in a regulated manufacturing environment while maintaining quality standards.

Hours Of Work:

  • Inclusive from Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.
