This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in our local office - three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!

We're seeking a qualified Senior Analyst as a key member of our Sales Compensation Delivery team. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, performs at a high level of accuracy and efficiency, is well organized, and demonstrates ownership and initiative to accomplish goals. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess very good problem-solving skills and is a process-oriented individual.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the compensation process including commissions calculation, payment, and reporting

  • Build/optimize databases and SQL statements required for commission calculations and establish best practices

  • Liaise with I.T. teams on system fixes and trouble tickets processes

  • Create/update process documentation on setup processes

  • Reporting and analytics on Commission payments

  • Implementation of special projects and ad hoc requests as required

  • Ensure operational controls for payment processes are in place and are working effectively

  • Implement proactive solutions to reduce compensation inquiries and escalations

  • Lead cross-functional meetings with the ability to highlight and identify compensation issues

  • Act as the subject matter expert in cross-functional projects to deliver new compensation solutions

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a Finance/Data/ HR analysis role

  • Strong time management skills, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

  • Extensive experience with data and process setup, management, and analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • Microsoft SQL Server experience required

  • Knowledge of V21, Maestro preferable

  • Telecommunications experience an asset

  • Previous Commissions experience an asset
