Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of IAM Services including Privileged Access Management, Virtual Directories, and Multifactor Authentication services.

  • Ensure successful executing of IAM Engineering projects and solutions in collaboration with operations, information security, architecture, and project managers.

  • Manage a team of IAM engineers including appropriate project and BAU workload allocation, recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate across Cybersecurity Engineering, Information Security, Enterprise architecture, and Centralize Technology teams to support the development IAM strategy and technology roadmaps.

  • Understand business, application, and security requirements for IAM services. guide the engineering specialists to translate requirements into technical specifications and produce enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs to fulfill these requirements.

  • Collaborate with Governance, Information Security, & engineering teams to guide the design and Implementation of frameworks, standards, and processes to meet banks Audit & Compliance requirements.

  • Ensure IAM Services meet bank's standard for security and stability including high availability, Backup & Recovery, & Disaster Recovery,

  • Work with support teams across enterprise and with IAM vendors to ensure timely resolution of application, software and hardware issues in line with SLAs.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in managing IAM Services including design, build & operations of services, Strategy & Architecture, and in leading a team of engineers to deliver services in a complex global organization.

  • Good understanding of IT finance, budgeting, and project cost and timeline estimation methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) space and experience with multiple 3rd party IAM solutions.

  • Working knowledge of industry standards & protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, Oauth, LDAP, Kerberos, WSFed, etc.

  • Design, engineering, and implementation experience with the following technologies:

  • Privileged Access Management products & services like CyberArk.

  • Virtual Directories, Active Directory, & LDAP protocols

  • Authentication & Authorization for REST, Microservices, & SOAP

  • Directory integration including Active Directory, LDAP, Virtual Directories

  • Integration with provisioning & attestation systems

  • Have a good understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management, security and audit compliance

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working with multiple 3rd party IAM solution in a fast-paced complex global environment with a demonstrable record of managing teams that engineer, build, and operate business critical systems.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects, set priorities for the teams, and resolve issues by working collaboratively across enterprise teams.

  • Strong collaboration, coordination, and interpersonal skills as this role require significant interaction with different teams across the organization.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to simplify and explain technical issues into understandable business language.

  • CISSP or other relevant certification preferred
