What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Consultant, People Change Management, you will play a key role in successfully managing and sustaining transformational changes within CIBC Canadian Banking. You will own the People Change Management deliverables for key projects, and ensure objectives are met on time, on budget, and with increased employee adoption. You will also work with Leadership to increase adoption of the new way of working by driving higher utilization and proficiency to ensure a positive employee and client experience and accelerate benefit realization.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Relationship Management – You build strong relationships internally and externally. You understand views of various stakeholders and facilitate problem solving to find the best solutions for our clients, employees, and shareholders.

  • Consulting – You are not only advocating for the business but also for ‘our clients’. You influence and impact decisions in support of business objectives. In doing so, you will validate current processes and propose alternative options for achieving organizational goals.

  • People Change Management – You are a seasoned expert with leading and planning key initiatives and projects with a focus on positive people impacts. You can work with minimal direction using deep knowledge of People Change Management practices to determine objectives, build and deliver on a holistic change management plan that illustrates and measures impacts, while providing regular reporting and presenting findings.
