What you will be doing

The Senior Consultant, Disputes Effectiveness, is responsible for setting medium to long term strategy for the team, developing a roadmap and supporting business cases. They will also develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals, conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives, and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to support the organization's growth objectives. In addition, they will lead and implement process improvements to streamline processes within disputes Operations and implement reporting to measure team’s performance. Strong analytical skills, disputes acumen, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Leadership – Use your expertise in process engineering methodologies and project management to lead multiple projects and initiatives. Identify and remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of our efficiency & productivity Strategy. Plan, support and provide coaching to consultants on their work packages

  • Process Improvement – Conduct process assessments to identify improvement opportunities/waste. Quantify root causes and improvements using data. Recommend solutions that will have a positive impact on productivity. Develop control plan to measure impacts of implemented changes.

  • Influencing – Use well-considered approaches to assess and quantify the impact of changes to convince others and build support for changes or recommendations

  • Communications – Create clear and concise proposals/recommendations that will allow senior management to take the appropriate action

  • Project Management - Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of results
