BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Service Officer you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of Scotia Wealth management by onboarding new advisor teams and client relationships to the firm.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

• Be responsible for onboarding new client relationships through digital account opening and documentation administration

• Maintain and communicate status of all work in progress to Regional, Branch Management and the Wealth Advisor team

• Process incoming client account transfer requests and adhere to regulatory deadlines

• Build effective working relationships across various departmental and business line contacts

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to take initiative, work independently and meet deadlines

• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills

• Secondary education considered an asset
