Job Description
Draft detailed but succinct meeting minutes capturing key decisions and actions covered during the weekly status
Coordinate some high-level project activities, resources, equipment and information.
Act as a gate keeper for the intake process ensuring relevant information has been provided by the business
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Work with the Director of PMO to eliminate blockers
Create and maintain comprehensive project templates, documentation, plans and reports
Draft detailed but succinct meeting minutes capturing key decisions and actions covered during the weekly status
Prepare & distribute project status reports , project summary reports

Skills and Requirements
Highly Proficient Computer Skills required: MS Projects, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational and project management skills
Works well juggling multiple deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail
Ability to work as a team player
Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator within the context of an ERP (ideally) SAP implementation
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
5-7 years experience in project coordination, project management, marketing management correlated position
Technically savvy- comfortable working in environment where technical language is the
Completion of post-secondary education in business or related field Experience in an Agile environment or Scrum Master certification
Experience with JIRA or DevOps null
