As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner within our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll support the total talent process for assigned Business Units or Functions, such as Vaccines Manufacturing & Supply; R&D and Medical; Specialty Care, General Medicines and more, including managing the majority of Canadian positions with French language requirements.

As a bilingual TA Partner, you will be setting and leading end-to-end search strategies, executing and leading metric-driven search assignments, while also ensuring the organization is focused, successful and competitive to meet recruitment goals.

Our TA Partners deliver best-in-class relationship management with candidates, internal/external clients, partners, and vendors; and designing and managing strategic recruitment projects related to diversity.

You will proactively identify and implement forward-thinking attraction and passive sourcing strategies in response to the business needs. This includes being accountable to drive strategies and staffing projects through collaboration with appropriate partners (eg. People Business Partners (PBPs), Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers (HMs), Labour Relations Lead) to ensure timely, cost-effective identification and selection of high quality and diverse talent required to achieve business short and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Senior Leaders and Hiring Managers to design, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies; providing guidance on selection processes and hiring decisions based on the Sanofi Leadership model. Lead the overall talent acquisition efforts and staffing projects for assigned stakeholders as assigned.

  • Provides appropriate counsel and recommendations throughout end to end recruitment processes (eg. Workday Applicant Tracking System, creating and posting requisitions, facilitating resume reviews, candidate assessment/selection, debrief sessions, offer recommendations). Offer recommendations, offer negotiations and facilitation of work permit processes.

  • When conducting Union hiring, ensure processes, systems, documentation, interviews and offers are managed according to the CLAs, applicable legislation, company policies and programs.

  • Consult with PBPs and HMs regarding specific diversity recruitment goals. Create and implement appropriate recruitment methods that are designed to deliver an exceptional, diverse pool of candidates to HMs.

  • Regular analysis and reporting of recruitment results, labour trends and diversity recruitment opportunities to PBPs and customer groups, including monthly or bi-monthly presentation of recruitment results at manager meetings. Responsible for delivering weekly, quarterly, and annual recruitment performance and status reporting to PBPs and HMs/Leaders with complete transparency on progress against open positions as well as any potential barriers and risk factors to completing search objectives.

  • Utilize technology solutions when possible to streamline or simplify processes.

  • Participate in conferences, industry organizations, and networking events to amplify Sanofi’s presence in the marketplace.

About You:

Education/Certifications

  • Minimum of a University degree is required.

  • 8+ years of professional and/or executive recruitment experience; and LinkedIn, AIRS, DDI, or Lominger certifications are an asset.

Languages

  • Bilingual in both French and English languages is required.

Experience

  • Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including behavioural-based interviewing and selection models, sourcing capabilities (active and passive), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, etc.

  • Proven ability to build meaningful and trusted relationships at all levels.

  • Demonstrated expertise managing the candidate process, orchestrating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout.

  • Strong communications, organizational, problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen and savvy.

  • Experience recruiting in the life sciences and/or scientific environment is an asset.
