Fujitsu Offering Portfolio Product Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Fujitsu North America is seeking a talented and motivated Offering Portfolio Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role supporting the lifecycle of a large offerings portfolio, leading project-level reviews, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses. You will assist product owners in aligning their solutions to the needs in the North American market and performing comprehensive analyses on the overall performance of those offerings in North America against measured targets including profitability and marketability. You will work closely with senior product owners, sales and delivery leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to contribute to the success of our offerings throughout their lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include strategic planning, offering management support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective rollout and ongoing continuous improvement of product and services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management:

  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive portfolio strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives that includes setting KPI’s.

  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and to optimize existing offerings within the North American market.

  • Lead the assessment of the portfolio of offerings against approved KPI’s and working with product owners, sales and delivery leads to improve the offering(s)

  • Prioritize initiatives within the portfolio based on a variety of factors including strategic importance, market needs, impact on business objectives, regional priorities, etc.

Product Development Support

  • Collaborate with senior product owners to understand the vision, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to prioritize product/service offerings and features for the North American market.

  • Participate in the definition and refinement of product requirements and specifications as it relates to the North American market.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones and releases as part of lifecycle management.

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and facilitate resolution of issues to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to stay informed about industry developments and identify opportunities for differentiation in the North American market.

  • Assist in conducting market research, customer interviews, and surveys to validate product ideas and gather insights for product enhancements.

Offering Launch and Promotion

  • Support the development of go-to-market plans, marketing collateral, sales enablement, and delivery enablement materials to facilitate offering launches and promotions.

  • Collaborate with offering teams and sales teams to create messaging, positioning, and sales strategies to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and performance of offerings.

  • Analyze offering data including, market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate offering performance and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, product management, project management, or related roles.

  • Effective leadership skills and demonstration of taking independent initiative to drive results that deliver on corporate objectives and goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)

  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management and offering portfolio management.

  • Experience with UX/UI design principles and methodologies is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

  • Proven track record of involvement in all aspects of a successful product/offering throughout its lifecycle.

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $92,000 to $128,800 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
