Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join a marketing team at a leading banking client downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our customer email campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with the email, campaign, and development teams.

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience in a QA role, preferably within an agency setting.

• Familiarity with Litmus and email campaign management tools.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and customers.

• Experience in the banking sector is a plus. null
