Description

The Field Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining critical data processes, ensuring the accuracy of reporting, and supporting team operations. This role involves weekly data loads, PowerBI system accuracy checks, inventory reporting, and data classification. This role will also be involved in troubleshooting, maintaining planning hub files, and provide training to team members.

In addition to data management, the role includes coordinating team calls, event tracking, and vendor management for key brand initiatives. The coordinator will also assist with performance tracking, reporting, and the maintenance of newsletters and other materials. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple data processes and providing accurate reporting, while also supporting training, event planning, and team coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analysis:

· Load data for all retailers into the PowerBI system.

· Perform CRI accuracy checks to ensure data integrity. Identify and resolve discrepancies in data loads, as small inaccuracies can impact trust in the system.

· Generate and maintain the HBC Door Inventory Report (1 hour per week).

· Maintain and troubleshoot inventory reports in CRI, including POG files and inventory files.

· Support ad hoc reporting tasks as needed once core responsibilities are running smoothly.

· Help with weekly HBC SPLH Productivity Tracker for department stores in collaboration with team leaders.

· Provide weekly analysis on brand allocations and door performance.

· Maintain the SPH Scorecard and provide top-line notes on Field Leader (FE) and Field Learning & Operational Coaches (FLOC) progress.

· Manage item and store classification, ensuring SKU data and store info are updated regularly to prevent data gaps, especially for new product innovations.

· Improve the CRI user interface, maintain data flow, and handle ad hoc questions from the field.

· Provide training for new hires, and facilitate open hours and individual training requests.

· Weekly loading and troubleshooting for various planning hub files (e.g., Retailer 360, NDO tracker, innovation tracker, education tracker, freelancer tracking).

· Maintain and update POG files for SDM (two full days per season). Assist in the creation of Sephora POG files as needed.

Team & Events Coordination:

· Champion weekly team calls with leadership.

· Serve as the point of contact between the ONT field team and Sales Communication Team to summarize field inquiries.

· Attend Thursday brand calls to provide input and updates.

· Manage event tracking, ensuring goals, actuals, and follow-ups are monitored.

· Assist with COE (Center of Excellence) submission forms, training asset collection, and collaboration on roadshows, venue quotes, and contracts.

· Help with formatting training materials such as one-pagers and PPT decks.

· Manage bulk scheduling in partnership with the training team.

· Manage vendor execution, coordinating florists, caterers, and marketing approvals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Education required.

• 1-2 years of administrative experience

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Excellent organizational, time management and communication (written and oral) skills

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations.

· An independent self-starter with a strong understanding of the value of teamwork in meeting expectations

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and knowledge of PowerBI/CRI considered an asset.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $41,100 to 61,700. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
