As Dupixent Dermatology Customer Marketing Lead within our Dupixent Dermatology Marketing Canada team will be responsible for defining and implementing specific marketing strategies relevant to the region, and accountable for building and executing effective customer engagement strategies and tactics for the top tier Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Main responsibilities:

  • Increase overall awareness of Sanofi Dermatology and DUPIXENT programs and services amongst targeted stakeholders.

  • Build customer engagement strategies and messaging plans at a segmentation level to enable tailored message delivery leveraging DUPIXENT Canada marketing omnichannel journeys and resources.

  • Own the regional strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs.

  • Lead customer audits, advisory/consultancy sessions and field force market intelligence.

  • Lead needs assessment to identify and prioritize national/regional clinical management gaps and provide innovative customer centric solutions to improve care with DUPIXENT

About you

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Science.

  • 6-9 years minimum of progressive pharmaceutical experience in a customer-facing and/or commercial focused role.

  • Relevant sales experience in a highly competitive market with demonstrated success in challenging the status quo to act for customers/patients.

  • Ability to think strategically, dynamic self-starter and forward thinker.

  • Highly adaptive and engaging communicator

  • Flexibility for frequent in-person attendance at the Toronto Head Office, particularly if a Marketing task or need arises that warrants such support.

Travel:

  • Ability to travel 60% - 80%; could be less based on geography.

  • Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary.

  • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory, or within a reasonable distance as determined by the DTLL.
