Insight Global Critical Application Support Specialist in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
The Critical Application Support Specialist is responsible for logical and physical access provisioning and user administration functions for the business unit. This role provides support, guidance and advice for all supported applications. Provides a variety of general support services and tasks to support the business group. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of business objectives in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and controls.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Responsible for access provisioning and administration functions for critical applications including documentation, password resets and unlocks
Provision equipment as well as systems access for AML Group
Liaise with internal stakeholders from various lines of business to ensure their requests are completed, and the appropriate action is taken
On a rotating basis cover the team mailbox, and ensure the appropriate parties are looped in, and any necessary action is taken.

Skills and Requirements
2 to 4 years experience required in a similar role
Verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to multi-task efficiently and respond to requests in a prompt manner.,
Must be able to manage deliverables, prioritize tasks and demonstrate quality documentation and consistent execution
Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage ones time
Ability to keep information organized and confidential Previous experience with SharePoint/Power Apps Tools null
