Coordiantor, Media Revenue Management

Who we're looking for:

As part of the Revenue team, this position for a Coordinator, Media Revenue Management on the Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) Team will provide support to the department by maintaining and updating core business data, including but not limited to audience forecasts and tracking, competitive audience tracking, rates, schedule changes and inventory management.

This dynamic position is ideal for candidates who can shine in a fast-paced business environment that demands constant adaptation to the media and sports landscape. The scope of the business requires a well-rounded, versatile candidate capable of excelling in a team environment.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for inputting and updating rates and audience forecasts/posts for all RSM broadcast assets into proprietary system.

  • Responsible for inputting and updating Agency Deal parameters into proprietary system.

  • Execute program changes based on the business strategy in the proprietary system.

  • Maintain source data to support the standardization of data.

  • Support the team in various functions including the development of estimates for RSM stations.

  • Tracking audience performance of RSM properties and the competitive marketplace.

  • Working with large volumes of data; identifying key insights, trends, and anomalies.

  • Processing, maintaining, and communicating schedule changes to Sales.

  • Working collaboratively with various internal departments: Sales, Revenue Operations, Programming, and Insights.

  • Participate in continuously streamlining, improving, testing, and innovating processes.

  • Be part of special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience with high volume data entry.

  • Ability to quickly pick up new computer programs in additional to already being skilled with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

  • Knowledge of the Canadian media landscape, preferably linear television, and industry tools such as InStar.

  • Strong track record of taking initiative and managing short and long term deadlines while balancing multiple priorities at any one time.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels within the team and internal departments.

  • Superb accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Embrace change and open to new ideas and approaches.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you!
