Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a top Higher Education client In Toronto. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing existing and new business requirements and processes. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in application testing and providing end-user support.

Skills and Requirements

Must haves:

 Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

 Business Analyst Certificate (CBAP) or equivalent.

 Proficiency in working within an agile team.

 Experience with testing strategies, particularly based on acceptance criteria.

 Strong background in business process analysis and documentation.

 Familiarity with requirements gathering and documentation.

 Knowledge of data models and report building (SQL and Power BI). Plusses:

 Familiarity with ServiceNow and Azure Dev Ops. null
