Robert Half International Billing Clerk in Toronto, Ontario

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is working closely with their client who is searching for a Billing Clerk to join their growing team. This great opportunity is located Downtown Toronto and is a full-time position. As the Billing Clerk, you will be able to work with minimum of instruction and work independently in their fast-paced environment. The main duties and responsibilities for this Billing Clerk role will include but not be limited to the following: * prepares and mails monthly Statement of Account reminders * regular reviews and analysis of Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports * regular contribution in WIP clean-up projects / tasks * prepares sample / final invoices and necessary covering letters * regular evaluations and analysis of time docket entries, and prepares corrections to be made whenever necessary * adjusts invoice amounts through write-up and write-down utility in PCLAW * responds to internal and external client requests/inquiries * ensures invoice accuracy / corroborates PCLAW records to hard copy * records management functions (GP invoice copies) * activates and deactivates client matters
