Insight Global Assistant Property Manager in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join one of the largest quick service restaurant brands in North America for a 12 month contract. You will be responsible for administering the day-to-day site financial and operations matters for a region of the company's properties.
Some responsibilities include:
* Works closely with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting
* Review and approve CAM reconciliations and budgets
* Setup vendors for payment, and modify contact/banking information for existing vendors (Landlords, contractors, professional services)
* Review and draft estoppel certificates
* Reconcile and work on collections of bad debt
* Draft and create lease abstracts for new agreements
* Communicate with Landlords, Franchisees, and external vendors

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of lease administration experience in commercial real estate (preferably from a competitor or large enterprise).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with real estate ERP systems (SAP, MRI, Lucernex, Tango, Costar, or Lease Harbour).
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use computer systems.
Excellent written communication skills, particularly with stakeholders and landlords.
