About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions providing coverage of Enterprise Finance, Human Resources, Public Affairs, Legal, and Strategy, Digital and Innovation Group portfolios. This role can either be based in our Vancouver or Toronto office.

In this role, you will:

  • Be part of Global Treasury Management's Canadian Treasury Management sales team

  • Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities as part of the Canadian Treasury Management Sales team

  • Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

  • Prepare complex client-focused customized sales proposals, reviews and cost benefit analysis

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Canadian treasury management processes to partners

  • Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing, pricing inspections and annual price reviews

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

  • Monitor and drive portfolio growth by reviewing key financial indicators and trends monthly

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Design and deliver training programs based on their assessment of staff needs and business operations demands

  • Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services

  • Experience working with international treasury/banking solutions

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to occasionally travel within Canada and the USA (1/2 times per year)

Pay Range

$62,900.00 - $130,700.00
