Job Summary

As a Project Analyst Intern at CAI, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Hospitality sales and delivery teams by conducting valuable research, assisting with contract reviews, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Analyst Intern . This role is a  full-time, internship role and is remote . The internship dates are June 2, 2025 to August 1, 2025.

What You’ll Do

Industry Research:

  • Conduct in-depth research on current trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the life sciences and healthcare sectors

  • Compile and present findings in comprehensive reports to assist the sales and delivery teams in strategic planning and decision-making

Contract Review:

  • Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulation

  • Identify potential risks and areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the sales and delivery teams

Thought Leadership Support:

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations

  • Conduct background research and gather data to support the creation of insightful and impactful content

Data Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze data related to patient outcomes, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights

  • Prepare data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to the sales and delivery teams

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and delivery teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records

  • Assist with the coordination of internal and external events, such as webinars, workshops, and client meetings

Client Interaction:

  • Participate in client meetings and calls to gain exposure to client relationships and project delivery processes

  • Document meeting notes and follow-up actions and assist in maintaining clear communication with clients

Project Assistance:

  • Support ongoing projects by assisting with project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

What You'll Need

Required

  • Current Junior with 3.5 GPA

  • Majors: Communication, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Technology, and other business-oriented programs

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across various groups

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • High-level problem-solving skills

  • Able to be self-driven with minimal guidance

  • Ability to effectively multi-task

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
