Role Overview:

Global Territory Operations and Sales Technology Support

As the Territory and Business Data Operations Manager, you will be responsible to oversee the strategic and day to day responsibilities of global territory operations and sales support as part of Revenue Operations. Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing automated solutions to simplify and speed up administrative tasks in order to enable sales to focus on the customer. Also responsible for communicating with data product owners, analysts, and other data consumers to enable them on enterprise systems. Provide analytics support to cross functional organizations. Manage projects to improve current data, data flow and processes among many internal and external business partners. Participate with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Make final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensure operations' effective achievement of objectives. Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.

About the Role:

  • You will strategically and operationally manage the day-to-day aspects of national and international sales teams technologies including systems, policies and procedures

  • You will establish and implement processes to ensure global sales territory integrity and function

  • Will manage and support global systems in support of sales operations including Salesforce, Clari, Corus, and ZoomInfo

  • Manage a team of three sales analysts both in the United States and India

  • Responsible for managing global sales territory changes for accuracy and precision in operations

  • Own Salesforce internals including adding new users, giving access, and subtracting users from the system

  • Head up yearly global planning for sales territory revenue operations

  • Overall support for all issues pertaining to Salesforce

About You:

  • You have 10+ years’ experience working in sales territory operation.

  • Expertise leading teams located globally.

  • Past experience creating automation and new processes to create smooth operation within sales territory operations.

  • A background including sales territory planning at both a national and international settings

  • Expert level knowledge of the inner workings of Salesforce in support of global sales

Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,950. Actual base pay within this range will depend on varying circumstances, including the work location, individual qualifications, company budget and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include annual bonuses and long-term incentives, subject to various metrics and company policy.
