Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to join our Abiomed Team located in Danvers, Massachusetts. This is one of two roles. We are open to remote candidates for this position.

We are seeking extraordinary talent to join our world-class medical device commercial marketing organization, dedicated to empowering our field teams and healthcare providers to profoundly impact patients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop regional marketing strategy, planning & execution (launches, campaigns, initiatives). Responsible for indication results.
Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption, and effectively address them through marketing programs (e.g. customer-facing tools, talk tracks, internal playbooks, etc)
Introduce key messages, clinical evidence, and best practices to the field commercial organization.
Generate engagement opportunities for the field to help them be present, relevant, and build consensus within their healthcare provider customers.
Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in scientific literature. Drive alignment with publication office strategy and pipeline.
Develop field communication & training strategy, including All Field Calls, Quarterly Plan of Action live, Annual meeting production.
Provide leadership to the execution of omni channel strategy (prof ed, PPDs, advertising, etc).
Communicate and align with internal business partners (e.g. Prof Ed, product management, Upstream mktg).
Build a deep understanding of target markets, including technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and regional factors.
Develop and maintain knowledge, emerging science, technological developments, and trends related to relevant therapies and competitive products.
Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry partners, and customers to enhance Abiomed's brand reputation and market presence.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience, ideally in the medical device market, with a strong business acumen.
Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
Marketing experience in the cardiology space is a plus.

Commitment to achieving goals and driving results. Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans and deliver results.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including sales & marketing leadership and customers.

Domestic and international travel up to 25%.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $112,000 - $179,000
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

§ Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

§ Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
