Key Responsibilities:1. Mainly focus on application development of culture, enzyme and hydrocolloids stabilizer and technical service in food and beverage. 主要专注于菌种、酶制剂和亲水胶体稳定剂在各种食品和饮料等的应用，并为客户提供技术服务。

2 Do the comparative study to screen different culture/enzyme/stabilizer in different food and beverage application, especially using fermentation or enzymatic treatment e.g. yogurt, cheese, dairy alternative, fruit preparation etc.在发酵或者酶处理相关的食品应用体系（酸奶、奶酪、牛奶蛋白替代体系），对菌种、酶以及稳定剂做比较研究，筛选和评估3 Responsible care resource for BU /BG /other R&D centre for good practices exchanging or special tasks be assigned. 与业务单元/业务集团或其它研发中心保持良好的交流和合作，共同完成一些特许的项目。4 Contribute to good maintenance and development of application and analytical lab, and make sure the compliance on laboratory SHE with acceptable global standards, China regulations and DSM standards.协助相关应用和分析实验室的良好运行，确保符合实验室SHE全球标准，中国法规及DSM标准。5 Collaborate with colleagues based in application department and DSM other hydrocolloids sites etc. for the related projects.与应用部其他同事及亲水胶体其他场地的同事一起合作，开发相关的项目。6 Promote related colleagues in lab and business team, with knowledge on application of culture, enzyme or hydrocolloid stabilizers via training and coaching. 通过培训和训练提升实验室相关同事和商务团队了解菌种、酶制剂或者亲水胶体稳定剂在饮料和食品中的应用。

You bring

• 3-5 years scientific and commercial knowledge on culture, enzyme or hydrocolloids or their applications in food or non-food industry. Knowledge of hydrocolloids（especially the systems based on fermentation or enzymatic treatment or Working experience in dairy industry）.具有3-5年涉及菌种、酶制剂或者亲水胶体基本性质或者其在食品或者非食品的应用经验，尤其是有菌种、发酵或者酶处理相关研发或者工作经验亦或者是在乳品公司工作者优先。• Master degree or above with the major of Food Science and Engineering, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or other related majors.硕士及以上学历，食品科学和工程、化学、化工以及相关专业。• Spirit of exploration and innovation and keen to learn and try new things 具有创新和探索精神以及有积极的学习和接受新事物的意识• Knowledge of English language: Good command of Written, reading & oral.英语：良好的读写能力，流利的口语。• Open & easy going, independent & hands-on, good communication skill.
