APPLY NOW Description Remedy Staffing is partnered with an FDA regulated manufacturing company in search of an experienced, 1st shift Line Lead.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00pm

Job Duties: * Assist our team as an initial point of contact for clients reaching out to us via phone, webchat, or email. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing clients to the appropriate sales representative or department. * Monitor and manage order tracking systems (BigC, FedEx) to provide clients with timely and accurate updates on their shipments. * Order inputting and invoicing * Help to facilitate the artwork approval process, engaging in detailed discussions with clients to approve and finalize designs to their specifications. * Coordinate the logistics of label requests and shipment preparations, liaising with clients to confirm the necessary dimensions and weights for their deliveries. * Capture and organize khttps://osos.labor.ny.gov/jobdetail/jobdetail.html#aJDGIey action items from sales meetings, creating comprehensive notes that serve as a valuable resource for the team. * Assist in creating and maintaining email templates and communications through our CRM software (experience with HubSpot or marketing CRM preferred). * Follow up with clients after their initial orders to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. * Work with the marketing team to post blogs and marketing content across our social media platforms. * Communicate major updates with our clients in a modern and efficient way.

Requirements: * Must have 2-4 years experience in an FDA Regulated facility * Previous phone experience in customer service and/or sales support roles. * Experience being an Line Lead in a manufacturing and/or production experience * Good computer skills - Familiarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, is a plus.
