Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, 5'S, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control (SCP), Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO.

Good understanding of financial metrics and Lean metrics.

· Facilitation of Kaizen events using all Lean Manufacturing Tools.

· Training and cultural activities to engage people to the use of Lean.

· Facilitate and Deploy Lean initiatives.

· Coach High performance teams

· Customer service aspects concerning Lean Manufacturing.

REQUIREMENTS

· Solid knowledge of engineering, quality, and manufacturing processes,

· Proficiency in Statistical Quality techniques and Leading improvement projects.

· Successfully managed numerous Kaizen events in manufacturing and office.

· Strong competence in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. (Black Belt Certification desirable)

Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial, manufacturing or mechanical Engineering.

  • Bilingual English

  • Knowledge and application of lean tools (Kanban, Standard work, TPM, 6's. Kaizen events, Material flow, , SMED, Visual management etc.).

  • Knowledge of engineering, quality and manufacturing processes.

  • Desire knowledge of risk assessment and risk prevention Tools (PPAPS, AMEF).

  • Proficiency in Statistical Quality techniques and Leading improvement projects.

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills (8D, Pareto, Ishikawa, 5 whys).

  • Schedule availability.

  • Organizational, teamwork, and leadership abilities

  • Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
