Network Optimization Analyst / Supply Planner Location(s): Toledo, OH, US, 43659-0001 Function: Supply Chain Audience: Experienced Professional Work Arrangement: On Site Requisition ID: 62987 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Network Optimization Analyst is a key planning role within the Asphalt Supply Chain, responsible for delivering supply chain productivity and working capital improvements through the application of advanced analytics. This role is responsible for optimally balancing raw material quality, costs, and availabilities to meet customer volume and quality requirements. Reports to: Asphalt Supply Chain Leader Span of Control: Individual Contributor JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Improve profitability and utilization of working capital across the supply chain. Responsibilities include: Development and execution of scenarios to optimize the raw material acquisition activities and the service platform of the asphalt business. Leads periodic reviews with sourcing and commercial partners. Creation of the Coating Cost Forecast for the Roofing business. Leads monthly Finance Review. Develops and maintains Asphalt business Power BI reports. Collaborates with Asphalt Manufacturing Finance on monthly raw material and product costing. Owns the connection between S&OP and S&OE by maintaining optimal blend BOM formulations and inventory targets in SAP. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications: Degree in an analytical competency (Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, etc.) Analytical Expertise - 3+ years of experience in applying advanced analytics to real world problems Mathematical modeling of complex supply networks Databases: Proficiency working with very large data sets Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supply chain planning and production scheduling in a petro-chemical industry. APICS CPIM certification Experience with SAP and SAP/IBP Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Platform Experience with MS SQL Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Acts on Analysis-Provides data-based recommendations to improve the business.
