Job Title: Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, and technicians on transportation and municipal projects. This role involves a combination of project engineering and project management responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Responsibilities
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, and technicians.
Design infrastructure and prepare construction documents.
Estimate project costs and conduct thorough project QA/QC.
Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
Deliver high-quality projects to clients.
Collaborate with a team of engineers.
Mentor entry-level staff.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
3 years of experience in a civil engineering role (any discipline: water, transportation, site, etc.).
Proficiency in MicroStation and Civil 3D.
Desire to be a project manager.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Commitment to high-quality project delivery.
Work Environment
The work environment is an in-office setting with hybrid capabilities. The company is in the process of purchasing a brand new office located in or near downtown Toledo. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
