Are you passionate about an opportunity to move fast, build unique experiences that Japanese customers will love? We are looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager Technical to join our customer obsessed and diverse team. You will be the single threaded leader for driving the end to end roadmap for core foundational capabilities across our Points and Rewards Platform teams and drive adoption/ evangelise Points with partner teams in JP to deliver a bar raising customer experience.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience deep diving new business areas (range from CX, marketing, and accounting), solving technical challenges, and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. You have a strong customer backward driven mindset, equally relish ambiguity and working through intricate complex situations as well as rolling up your sleeves, digging in and getting the job done.

Key job responsibilities

As Sr. PMT, you will own and drive an innovative roadmap of core foundational capabilities across Points and Rewards platform teams that drive scalable adoption and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Tech, Accounting, Finance, UX, Marketing and Data teams to champion product ideas from ideation and planning to execution. The role will also collaborate with global teams to drive prioritisation and execution of features.

Day to day, you will:

  • Develop and own roadmap for our charter

  • Generate hypotheses, validate customer needs, prioritize features, and generate buy-in with senior stakeholders

  • Partner with Tech, UX, Marketing, Data Sciences, Finance, and global feature owners to design and deliver features

  • Set mechanisms to act as force multipliers and help manage stakeholders at scale

  • Collaborate with diverse partner teams to build customer vision and product strategy;

  • Advise VP/D stakeholders on complex, technical subjects

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
