Description
【Position Summary】
This person oversight and/or manage all the financial transactions in Sales Department, including CIW, Consumer Promotions, and SG&A, providing the visilibity of Plan and Actuals, while ensuring the compliance in these transactions.
Grow sales every year along with our aspirational goal - grow more than 10% for key focus items
Accrual and forecast accuracy of the CIW budget (mainly TP/CP)
Achieving other KPIs : Audit score, internal compliance issue, …
【Role Duty & Responsibilities】
Investment Operations Management:
- Monitors and manages day-to-day accrual and payment operations of Trade Promotions, Rebates, Incentives,
Consumer Promotions (partially) and SG&A while ensuring the compliance with SOX and policy requirements
Participates in TP budget planning process aligning with the department strategy
Cooperates with Finance to ensure financial controls are in place for investment management operations
Educates Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to ensure their compliance with the investment management processes
Leads the continuous operational improvements through team members
Provides various reports through team members to share the current status of sales investments
Customer Sales Support Team Management:
Owns accountability of Customer Sales Support Teams Operations
Setup Service menu along with proper SLA and measure the SLA periodically to ensure the SLA is kept.
Ensures to follow up with Outsourcing Team and improve the service level where the it is not up to SLA
Report to the department's Leadership Team/Managers the progress of service level to ensure to keep
Sales Related Master Data Management:
- Owns accountability of maintaining Sales Related Master data, such as Pricing, Customer Master, Material Master,
Store Master, Chain Master in various systems including SAP and local systems (e.g. EDI, HYP, JAS).
Ensures the SOP is kept up-to-date and operations are compliant with the SOP.
Seeks the opportunities to improve operational officiencies without compromising compliance requirements.
Human Management
Coach and develop his team members via OJT and longterm development plan.
Attract talents to his/her team and the company.
Role model the leadership culture and lead the cross functions team collaboration.
Support and compensate this team members capabilities to deliver the plans.
Qualifications
【Related Experience】
5 Years as Finance Accounting or RGM or Business Management Experiences in KENVUE or other FMCG company
Experienced to challenge new things and meet or exceed high expectation even after failure
Cross function Project Management is mandatory.
