Sartorius Service Support in Tokyo, Japan
This position will be responsible for supporting the field service team. Main Task is support their office work and be bridge between customer and engineer.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Ensure Service Order Processing on time
Manage the delivery schedule according to when the equipment is available, the engineer's schedule, and the customer's availability, and arrange for the necessary tools and parts to complete the work.
Manage all the back office commercial operations related to service business.
Ensure effective communication between Sales, , Customer Services and Finance team
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum requirements
Strong multi-tasking skills
2-3 years’ experience as Sales support or Service support job
PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
Strong team player
Positive and proactive mindset
Intermediate level spoken and written English
Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement)
Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company
Experience of SAP (ERP) operation
Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening)
