職務内容

SAP S/4HANA Cloudを中心としたSAPアプリケーション群（SAP Business Suite）の導入プロジェクトにおいて、ソリューション導入の最適化をリードします。具体的には、顧客のビジネス目標と導入ソリューションの整合性、ソリューションの導入順序、ソリューション間の連携などを整理し、適切なソリューション導入を推進します。また、SAP Best Practiceや最新のソリューション（Business AI、BTP、Signavio等）の活用を検討します。提案から導入フェーズにおいてソリューションアーキテクトとして活動し、運用フェーズにおいてもソリューションの拡張に関わる提案・導入を行います。

· SAP S/4HANAプロジェクトでSAP内の顧客向けチームの一員として、顧客やパートナーと協力し、最適なSAP導入が進められるようにサポートします。

· 顧客のビジネス戦略・目標を理解し、SAPのソリューション提案は顧客にとって最適になるように検討します。

· SAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトのメンバとして、チームリードやソリューションリードの役割を担当します。

· SAPの戦略を理解し、SAP Business Suiteへのトランスフォーメーション、クリーンコア、Business AIなどのトピックの思想的リーダーになります。

· ご自身の専門領域（業務・業界）においてはより専門的なコンサルティングを実行します。

· SAPクラウドソリューションの採用と消費を推進するためのサービス提供を行ないます。

必須スキル

· SAPのアプリケーションコンサルティングおよびシステム導入経験（目安として10年以上）

· SAPのアプリケーション（会計またはサプライチェーン領域）の幅広い製品知識・提案および導入経験

·

· 少なくとも一つの業界に対するコンサルティングが可能な業界業務知識・経験

· SAPアプリケーション導入プロジェクトにおけるリードポジションの経験

· SAP Activateまたは何らかのSAP導入方法論の習得

· 顧客に対して明確で簡潔なプレゼンテーションを提供し、複雑な情報を明確に提示するスキル・経験

· 課題に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く問題解決能力

· 困難な状況においても顧客・社員と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力

· 社内の他製品担当コンサルタントと協業・連携できる英語力・コミュニケーション力

· 日本語（ネイティブレベル）

· 英語（ビジネスレベル）
