R esponsibility:
This position will be responsible for driving product and/or service sales to new and/or existing customers.
Contact assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell company products within a designated geography. Focus on meeting personal sales targets, developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems. Have solid knowledge of products, their characteristics, and the market. Typically requires excellent interpersonal skills and sales experience.

IT skill for sales numbers analysis, KPI management, Sales force ect.
Works without supervision for ordinary sales matter and provides technical guidance when required to accurately identify and understand the key buying influences pertaining to an opportunity but be able to report/consult his supervisor timely.
Major Accountabilities :
Drive an account management mentality, ensuring highly targeted and effective deployment of field force resource Own vision to maximize customer experience and effectively execute Account Management.
Respond promptly to customer complaints.
Ensures a robust approach to evaluate investment across regions and in priority markets, considering market events and portfolio evolution.
Be responsible for managing and keeping track of the territory funnel of opportunities.
Promote company products following the sales campaigns defined by the company.
Act as an agent on behalf of assigned customer segment to the sales force to educate on relevant account information.
Deliver approved messages encompassing accurate clinical, financial, outcomes, and operational issues. Strategically manages assigned accounts, budget and allocated resources provided yielding maximum effectiveness and impact.
Maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.

Experience/Professional R equirement
Medical Device industry experience is considered key for the role
Knowledge of diabetes-related products.
Diabetes Disease knowledge.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sales, marketing or related field
Education
Bachelor's Degree (preferably life sciences or health related discipline
Languages
Native Japanese speaker, English capability is required to improve during duty.
