UL, LLC Project Coordinator II in Tokyo, Japan

  • As assigned, serve as point of client contact for response to requests for assistance and manage or redirect as necessary.

  • Utilize qualified resources, systems and financial tools to Plan, Staff, Implement, Control and Evaluate each assigned project.

  • Interface with internal Emergo offices nationally and worldwide, and with other departments with regards to project intake, time tracking, invoicing, delivery and follow up.

  • Assist as liaison for Emergo consultants and critical suppliers, coordination of schedules, project calendar and availability tracking, assist with booking resources and timesheet management as assigned.

  • Maintenance of secure and accurate client documentation.

  • Assist with maintenance of project-related procedures and communication of same to employees and contractors to ensure consistent practices.

  • Administrative project management assistance for international offices.

  • Serve as secondary support to help answer incoming calls from clients, prospects, vendors, salespeople and Emergo consultants in a professional manner.

  • Additional responsibilities may apply specific to the market(s) being supported, such as limited consulting, research, technical input into business development activities, etc.

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent based on evaluation of credentials, training and/or experience).

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate customer meetings, negotiate and influence outcomes.

  • Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in both Japanese and English
