The Fulfilment Network Planning team is a source of continuous innovation and bringing the highest standards for an even better customer experience than today, and will be a source of acceleration for Amazon's further growth.
To that end, we will build and improve an operation network across 20 or more fulfillment center (FC) locations with a huge logistics network, which is the cornerstone of the operation business, and plan and promote medium- to long-term business strategies.
This position is the position of Program Manager in charge of Business Planning in the FC Network Planning team. The main tasks you will be responsible for in this position are as follows.
1) Business cycle management and strategy planning for the operations department and FC
a) Formulation and development of medium- to long-term FC growth strategies
b) Drafting a plan to launch a new site
c) Building and managing management metrics in line with global policies
d) Budget planning and performance management
2) Cross-network program management
a) Project leads across fulfillment centers and departments
3) Support for the launch of a new fulfillment center
a) Implement PDCA cycles to improve operations
When implementing work, it is necessary to closely communicate with domestic and international personnel via email, conference call, etc., and lead the project so that it progresses smoothly. Also, depending on the nature of the work, we may travel to multiple domestic locations.

Basic Qualifications
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Business level English speaking and writing skill.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level.
