・ Responsible for creating drink menus and designing signature cocktails ・ Utilize knowledge of different spirits, mixers, and garnishes to create unique and flavorful drinks.

【 Training and Supervising】

・ Train other bartenders and staff members on proper mixing techniques ・ Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards.

【 Customer Interaction】

・ Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.

【 Staying Updated with Trends】

・ Knowledgeable about new cocktail trends and collaborate with other mixologists to learn new techniques.

【 Event and Menu Planning】

・ Develop extensive, personalized cocktail menus for restaurants, events, or bars ・ Sometimes work as consultants to help outlets improve drink offerings.

Qualifications:

・ Culinary Knowledge(Understanding of ingredients, flavors, and their interactions) ・ Need to be creative to design unique and appealing cocktails ・ Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality ・ Excellent customer service skills ・ Inventory control, management of materials and supplies ・ Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
