Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator for its office in Tokyo, Japan. The Marketing Coordinator will support our events and marketing activities to find potential customers and help us expand our market in Japan.

Only candidates currently residing in Japan will be considered for this position. Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementing events

• Following up after events, including managing customer information and supporting sales

• Utilizing SNS for marketing

• Acting as sales support for user expansion

• Responding to customer inquiries

• Collaborating with resellers

• Accurately incorporating guidance from headquarters into the Japanese market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Three years of working experience

• Business-level English skills

• Native Japanese skills

• Ability to work and collaborate with a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility and willingness to grow

• Ability to understand and resolve client requirements with internal teams

• Ability to think outside of the box

• Basic Microsoft Office tool skills

• Excellent presentation skills is preferred

• Knowledge of and/or passion for technology and technical marketing is preferred
